Yesterday our four lovely 6th classes graduated from St. Brigid’s. The ceremony was held in the hall. Representatives from each class read a poem composed by their classmates to celebrate their time together.
Ms. Fay spoke about how remarkable their journey from Junior Infants was, showing them a slideshow of their pictures from 2014 on.
After the teachers presented them with their pins and momentous, it was back to class for a well-deserved breakfast and then…..the most prolonged goodbye ever as they were cheered and clapped out of the school.
So long, 6th class. We leave you with these words.
