3rd class tour to AstroPark kids
3rd class went on their first tour since Senior Infants to Astrokids yesterday and had a fantastic time!
4th class Room 17 & 18: WeDo Lego
The children in Rooms 17 & 18 have been working with the Lego WeDo Science and Engineering materials over the last few weeks. They have built and programmed moving satellites, windmills and Milo the Science Rover.

€485 raised in 3rd class raffle
The children in Ms. O’Halloran’s 3rd class held a raffle recently in aid of Coolmine Rehab Centre. They raised an amazing total of €485! Well done all!
Bebras Challenge winner in 4th class @TechWeekIRL
Mr. MacCann’s 4th class took part in the Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge earlier this year.
Today it we received the exciting news that Mia Horgan was a winner in the challenge and she will now go forward to take part in the national final as part of TechWeek 2021.
Well done Mia! And well done to all the class who took part.
