Thank you all for your kind generosity to our charity collection.
Thank you also the parents that entertained the children while they were lining up in the infant yards this morning!
The venue was different, the format was different but the carols, the sentiments and the message of Christmas remains the same.
Santa returned to St. Brigid’s on Wednesday morning to visit the boys and girls from the even classes.
He has a special message for all the children that you can listen to below……
We had a very exciting, socially-distanced visit from Santa Claus to the school on Tuesday. He told us all about his busy preparations in the North Pole. He especially enjoys his visits to St. Brigid’s as his reindeers can go to visit their Irish cousins in the Phoenix park. Santa is back in our school today to meet the boys and girls in the other classes so look out for some more photos later!
Take a look at the Christmas art around the school this year.
Keep a special eye out for the huge selection of decorations made from recyclable materials!

What an exciting today in Saint Brigid’s . Classes were all invited to see the cribs in the foyer but as some classes passed by, they realised there was a very important person in the Library. All the Junior and Senior Infant pupils got to go in and meet the big beardy man himself ! They even got a small present to bring home. Here are a few pics from the day.
Today we had our two youngest pupils place baby Jesus in the Crib while Ms Walker’s 3rd class sang ” Sweet Baby of Mine”
