I was delighted to meet some of my fans this morning!
As I sat on the steps of the Phoenix monument, I was approached by two very friendly local people who have been following my adventures on the school website. They were very keen to get a picture of me as you can see.
It was a really beautiful morning in the park and no better time to take a closer look at the Phoenix monument.
The monument was originally erected by the fourth Earl of Chesterfield and repositioned during the 1830s to its current location on the main axis of the park along Chesterfield Avenue. It is said to mark the middle of the park.
Don’t forget to send me your pictures and stories to
See you tomorrow for more adventures.
