The children in 1st class have been very busy learning about the life cycle of the frog. They have also learned about different trucks and are also working on Gaeilge.

Today is World Autism Awareness Day and we couldn’t celebrate it as we were not in school but here are some pictures from last year when Ms Dooleys class learned a special song and then got to play with bubbles .

Helping the environment in 4th class: WeDo Lego 2.0

The children in 4th class Ms. Walsh have have been working with the Lego WeDo 2.0 materials to develop new ideas to help the environment. They worked in groups to plan, build and present their work.

Local History projects in 2nd class

The children in 2nd class Ms. Stokes completed some fantastic projects using a variety of media and materials for local history week.

Blue Bot Coding 3rd class

The children in Ms. Walker’s 3rd class have been testing out our new ipad set and Blue Bot floor robot set this week. They have been working in groups learning to code their floor robots with the Blue Bot app and mats.
